Once we have all of your information, ideas, artwork, etc., we’ll begin working on your video and provide you with a short 20-30 second preview (or multiple previews) of your video within 3-5 days for your approval. You can request any changes or additions that you want. Once the sample is approved and payment is made, we’ll complete your video and send you the video files.
Files included will be a 1920×1080 Mp4 (for YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and a 1080×1920 Mp4 (for Instagram Reels and Stories). If you need other video sizes please let us know.
We accept PayPal which can be paid with any credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. If you are unable to pay with a credit or debit card please contact us to discuss an alternative method of payment.
Yes, you own 100% of the rights to the finished video, you’re just hiring us on a work for hire basis. We do not own any rights to your song, lyrics, artwork, or video. You can post your lyric video anywhere you want such as YouTube, Instagram, VEVO, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
After you’ve officially released your video, we may repost a snippet of your video on our social media sites (to showcase our work) and include a link to your released video, social media profiles, and website. If you’d rather us not repost your video, just let us know.
Yes, absolutely. All messages between us, your song, lyrics, artwork, and other materials are kept strictly confidential and not shared with anyone, even if you decide not to work with us. We may repost a snippet of your video on our social media sites (unless requested not to) but only after the lyric video is complete and you have officially released it.
